-
Improving our outdoor spaces by adding astroturf and new benches.
-
Basketball hoops.
Our student council have put these items on their wish list for next year:
-
Student Handbooks.
-
Prize draw for students with earned achievement points.
-
Footballs and basketballs for use at break times.
We are pleased to announce that we can now receive donations through a fundraising platform called Enthuse. This will replace donations made through ParentMail at the end of July 2024. We will phase out donations currently received by standing order.
Enthuse offers a range of options for payments such as monthly direct debit or one off card payments and the school receives 100% of the donations. Our platform is open to the wider public which means extended family, friends and the local community can also donate. If you are a taxpayer you can ‘gift aid’ your donation through our platform so that the school receives an additional 25p for every £1 you donate.
In order to keep the platform running costs low for the school, a suggested tip of 15% to Enthuse is recommended on the front page. If you prefer not to tip, Enthuse the amount can be amended to zero.
If you already donate to the school by standing order, you can continue to do so however we will no longer be able to process the gift aid. You can however, set up a direct debit donation at any time using Enthuse and cancel the standing order via your bank. This will allow the school to receive gift aid and reduce administration time.
All contributions received are very much appreciated and directly benefit all students within the school. We value each and every pound which is donated to provide a better education experience for our students.
We are aware that in these challenging financial times it can be difficult for families and other donors to find extra funding. We do not wish to put pressure on anyone in financial difficulty. Please be assured that all contributions are strictly confidential between you and the school, and of course, we respect your right to alter contributions at any time due to a change in circumstances.
Finally, many companies throughout the UK offer employees the chance to boost their fundraising efforts by ‘matching’ the money they raise. Please reach out to your employer and ask if they have a match funding scheme as our school could double the amount of cash it raises.
Thank you for your continued support.
