Salary: Outer London Main / Upper Pay Range

With additional TLR 2

The Governors and Headteacher wish to appoint an enthusiastic Head of Psychology to lead our popular department into its next chapter of success. As a Head of Department you will be expected to deliver outstanding KS5 Psychology lessons and help to raise standards within the context of our thriving sixth form. 

You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the department, overseeing the quality assurance of departments resources and working in collaboration with experienced members of staff. 

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a proven track record of outstanding teaching and student outcomes.

• Possess the leadership skills to manage a diverse team of teachers.

• Have a deep understanding of the current psychology landscape and exam board requirements.
