Summer 2025 GCSE & A Level Certificate Collection Information

Initial Collection Dates

Certificates will be available for collection on the following dates and times:

• Thursday, December 11, 2025

• Tuesday, December 16, 2025

Collection Time: 3:15 PM – 4:15 PM on both days.

Important: ID Requirement

All individuals collecting certificates must bring a valid PHOTO ID.

Collection after Initial Dates (January 2026)

After the initial dates, certificates will be available for collection throughout January 2026 only on:

• Tuesdays
• Thursdays

Collection Time: 3:15 PM – 4:15 PM

Alternative Collection Times

If your child needs to collect the certificate outside of the scheduled times, please call the School Office on 020 8339 4500 to make an appointment.

Collecting on Behalf of the Student

If the student is unable to collect the certificates in person, they must provide written authorisation to the person collecting on their behalf.

• Please Note: Email or text message authorisation will NOT be accepted.
• The authorised collector must bring:
  1. The written authorisation letter.
  2. A valid Photo ID of the collector.

Posting Your Certificates

We can post your certificates via tracked delivery to your home address for a £5.00 fee.

To arrange posting, please follow these steps:

1. Pay the £5.00 fee using the link provided below.
2. Payment link - https://i.paydit.to/ths-hollyfield-postage-fee
3. Use your child’s full name as the reference for the payment.
4. Send a confirmation email to the Exams Office: exams@hollyfield.kingston.sch.uk.
5. If your home address has changed since leaving The Hollyfield School, please include the new address in this confirmation email.

Upon receipt of both payment and confirmation, your certificate will be posted to the address on our school system (or your updated address).
