Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Contract: Fixed Term until 31 August 2026 (Term Time Only)

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Flexible (4 days/29 hours or 5 days/36 hours per week)

The Hollyfield School is seeking to recruit a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking Learning Support Team. This role is central to our commitment to inclusivity, focusing on supporting students with special educational needs (SEND) through individual support, small group interventions for SLCN challenges, and whole-class settings.

Salary Information:

  • 5 Days (36 hours): £26,387 – £26,766 (Actual Pro-Rata) (Based on FTE: £30,717 - £31,158)

  • 4 Days (29 hours): £21,256 – £21,561 (Actual Pro-Rata) (Based on FTE: £30,717 - £31,158)
