Our Open Evening is 'in person' on Tuesday 23 September, you do not need to book to attend, gates open at 5.00pm. Headteacher Amy Jackson will give three speeches during the evening at 5.15pm, 6.00pm and 7.00pm. We are able to accommodate 250 people in each speech. The speech will also be given at our open day tours.
During the evening, one of our knowledgeable Hollyfield ambassadors will take you around the school to see presentations from all of the departments, to see our facilities, talk to the teachers and answer your questions.
You can also book a place on one of our Open Day tours. These take place in the morning and/or afternoon of the 26 September, 29 September, 1 October, 3 October, and 6 October. Places are limited to 50 per tour. You will be introduced to Amy Jackson (Headteacher), Matthew Winpenny (Senior Deputy Headteacher), Marianne O'Shea (Deputy Headteacher) and Sonali Patel (Deputy Headteacher) before being taken on a tour of the school by one of the senior leadership team to see it in action on a typical day.
We are also offering a Special Educational Needs (SEN) talk and tour on 30 September at 4.15pm. This is for students with SEN and their parents. On 24 September there will be a presentation from the Learning Support and Specialist Resource Provision teams followed by a Q & A session. This event will also include a brief tour of the Learning Support and Phoenix departments. This will give families ample opportunity to ask any questions they may have and to see our SEN provision.
