Open Events 2023

Our Open Evening is 'in person' on Tuesday 3rd October, you do not need to book to attend, gates open at 5.00pm.  Headteacher Amy Jackson will give three speeches during the evening at 5.15pm, 6.00pm and 7.00pm. These are ticket only events and you can collect a ticket to attend a speech from the reception area when you arrive. We are able to accommodate 250 people in each speech, tickets are snapped up very quickly so please make sure you get them on arrival.  The speech will also be available on our website and given at our open day tours.

During the evening, one of our knowledgeable Hollyfield ambassadors will take you around the school to see presentations from all of the departments, to see our facilities, talk to the teachers and answer your questions.

You can also book a place on one of our Open Day tours. These take place in the morning and/or afternoon of the 6th, 9th, 11th, 13th, and 16th October. Places are limited to 50 per tour. You will be introduced to Amy Jackson (Headteacher), Matthew Winpenny (Senior Deputy Headteacher) and Marianne O'Shea (Deputy Headteacher) before being taken on a tour of the school by one of the senior leadership team to see it in action on a typical day.

We are also offering a Special Educational Needs (SEN) talk and tour on 4th October at 4.30pm. This is for students with SEN and their parents. On this visit, the talk will be led by the SENCo and senior staff with the tour led by the SENCo and SEN Staff. This will give families ample opportunity to ask any questions they may have and to see our SEN provision.
